Family Practice Physician or Internal Medicine Physician

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Outpatient Setting

The Center provides medical, behavioral health and dental care to the community

Medical degree (M.D.) and completed residency in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice

1-year experience preferred

Current and Valid License to practice in California

Current and Valid DEA License

BLS Certification
