Details:
-Urgent Care Clinic - Permanent Opportunities
-Clinic locations: Highland, IN, Freeport, IL, and Dekalb, IL
-Full Time Position – Client is recruiting for 3 open positions
-EMR- VelociDoc
-DOT certified – experience in Workman's Comp Preferred
-Experience in Urgent Care, ER, Surgery preferred
-High Volume of procedures – Training provided
-Salary: Hourly range is from $95/hr-$120/hr based on experience and medical knowledge
-Quarterly provider performance bonus and extra compensation for supervising APPs
-Full benefits- dental, vision, medical Plus 401k with up to 3% match
-$3,500/ year CME credit
-40hours of time off separate from personal/vacation PTO (136hrs)
-Short term disability paid by client
