Details:
-Start Date: ASAP
-Enid, OK – Permanent Opportunity – Primary Care (FM or IM)
-One of 6 primary care providers at the Enid Oklahoma site
-Federally Qualified Health Center
-Monday through Thursday 7 am to 5:30 pm
-No call, no weekends, no hospital
-All Ages
-Salary for at least 10 patients per day is $200,000
-Productivity bonus starting at an average of 11 patients per day.
-$270,000 Salary when working 25 patients per day
-Current providers are averaging 20 to 30 patients per day.
-Robust benefit package - health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance
-5 weeks of paid time off per year plus one week of CME.
-Signing bonus depends on the length of the contract
