Details:
Start Date: May 7, 2018 – Ongoing (until a permanent candidate is hired)

Programs include: PROS-Personalized Recovery Oriented Services, Article 31- Counseling and Psychiatric
      Outpatient Clinic and Article 28 Health Related Clinic.
Client has 3 locations that the candidate would travel to Jamestown, NY and Dunkirk, NY
Minimum of 16 hours per week, up to 35 hours per week.
Monday-Friday 8-6, hours vary per location.
Client is willing to adjust schedule/hours to accommodate the physician’s needs.
There is opportunity for a permanent position.
Providers are supported by nursing staff who screens the patient prior to the appointment
Client has a very active practice that is currently involved in NY states DSRIP program
EHR: Cerner Anasazi and providers can manually enter their notes or dictate.
Client usually schedules 45 minutes of direct service on every hour, with the option to include additional
     administrative time if needed.

Locum Tenens Hourly Pay Rate: $160.00/Hour

Travel and Malpractice are Covered.
