Details:
Need Coverage ASAP- Ongoing (until permanent hire)
Locations available: Grand Chute, WI
Hours: 8am – 5pm
Outpatient Only – No weekends
Community Health Center - low-income, underinsured individuals
Candidates with Full-time and/or Part-time availability will be considered
Very little Peds
2-3 physicians are onsite at all times
Basic Primary Care Outpatient Setting
EMR is EPIC

Pay $75/Hour

Travel and Malpractice are covered
