Northern Michigan
Must have a DDS/DMD from an accredited University
Active State Dental Board license
Must be able to obtain Michigan Dental license
Compensation Options: -Standard Program: hourly wage plus RVU production incentive
      or -Transition Program: $120,000 base pay without incentive (first 12 months)
