* Locums OB needed for 24 hr weekend call coverage from 5p Friday to 8a Monday.
* Board Certified ABMS/AOA OB/GYN - BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
* Practice is 80% low risk pregnancy, 20% high risk, 4% C-section,
* 0% Office GYN, 0%
* Surgical GYN
* Response time is 30 minutes. No deliveries pre 35 weeks, sick
* moms/babies we can transfer to Missoula or Kalispell.
* Two OB/GYN's in group
* - average deliveries per physician is 3.125
* EMR is EPIC
* privileges take 2 - 4 months

***Procedures required:
Low risk pregnancy – Pt’s with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia,
pyelonephritis, hyperemesis,etc., High risk pregnancy – Pt.’s with toxemia, diabetes, Class II or higher cardiacs, chronic lung problems, chronic renal disease, etc., FHR interpretation – NST/CST/FSELevel I/screening (viability),

Level II/targeted (anatomic), Amniocentesis, Routine delivery –Vaginal, low
forceps, decision-making for C-section, Complicated delivery –C-section, breech,
multiple births, abruptions, etc., VBAC’s, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree
lacerations

Procedures preferred:
OB ultrasounds – Performance of Interpretation
