We are seeking a Nurse Practioner (NP) to work at one of our partner facilities. Seeking FNP For Long Term Locums AssignmentWe are currently working with an employee wellness clinic located at American Mitsuba in Monroeville, IN in need of a FNP to work 2 days/week starting 2/11/19. Treating employees and their dependents 2 years and older.Schedule is Mondays, 6A-3P, and Wednesdays, 10A-7P.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experienceActive IN state licenseBLS OR ACLS CertificationExperience in urgent care or occupational medicine is a plusPhlebotomy certification is a plus If interested please contact Andy Kiser at xxxxxxxxxxx* or send your CV for consideration to xxxxxxxxxxx*
