Full-Time Hospitalist NP/PA position in Carthage North Carolina!
Seeking a NP or PA for growing inpatient practice. Block scheduling with a cohesive and progressive tenured team.
Qualifications:
- NP or PA candidate who has at least three years of inpatient experience as an Advanced Practice Provider or who has completed a Hospitalist PA residency.
- Clean background; must be licensed or eligible for licensure in NC.
- Ability to work effectively with teams in a busy practice environment.
- Critical Care skills and ability to do procedures.
- Knowledge of coding standards and basic financial processes including strategies for decreasing costs per case, improve case mix index, impact of core measures and readmissions on financial results.
- Knowledge of core measures and performance improvement strategies to drive improvement.
- Proficient with computers, dictation systems and portable devices.
