Seeking a full time Manager - Employee and Occupational Health Clinic
Join a renowned Cancer Center in Florida!
Credentials and Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Nursing is required, Masters is preferred.
- State of Florida Nursing license is required,
- 5 years of supervisory or management experience is required. Nursing or occupational Health managed experience is highly preferred.
Position Highlights:
The focus of this position is to provide program planning, resource coordination and financial management of the Team Member Health Services area. It is accountable for ensuring continuity and successful delivery of Occupational Health and Team Member Health Center services throughout the organization.
Oversee the Team Member Health Services areas of Occupational Health Services, Team Member Health Service Clinic and Wellness Programs, including hiring, performance management and staff development. Manage and ensure compliance with Team Member Health Services area budgets, working with Director, Benefits & Wellness to establish and maintain annual budgetary requirements.
