Description
Advantage On Call is currently seeking a LCSW to work at a correctional facility in Lancaster, CA. The LCSW is responsible for providing and overseeing mental health and case management services. He/she documents mental health and case management services and completes initial mental health assessments and outcomes information.This is a full time position with a Monday through Friday schedule.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or equivalent
Valid LCSW License
At least 1 year of experience working as an LCSW in a clinical setting
Leadership, organization, and management skills
Able to work and communicate effectively with people of diverse culture, education and economic background
De-escalation and crisis management skills
