Description
Experienced Registered Nurses needed for Rehab facilities in the Sandy area. Interested candidates must have two years RN experience in a Medical/Surgical capacity. The following credentials must be presented:
--Drivers license (Front and Back)
--SS card OR Passport OR Birth certificate (front and back with signature)
--BLS certification - AHA only (front and back with signature) CANNOT BE ONLINE COURSE
--Physician statement (dated within the last year)
--TB test (1 PPD reading dated within the past 12 months) OR Chest X-Ray (within last 5 years)
