Description
Standard Qualifications: Position Description: Serves as the lead pharmacist to identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems primarily in the NICU and pediatric setting. The pharmacist recommends and monitors patient drug therapy, provides drug information, as well as create order sets, policies and protocols. The pharmacist works collaboratively with the pharmacy team and other health care providers to achieve desired patient outcomes through safe, timely, and cost-effective drug therapy. Performs the duties of staff pharmacist as required.
