This position is to lead the Operating Room Nursing Team with responsibility for the adult GYN and Plastics Operating Room Service Line. The Team lead will be responsible for updating physician preference cards, maintaining needed supplies and equipment, establishing a rapport with Pediatric Surgeons, assisting with new employee orientation and also required to carry out all duties of the RN circulator and to potentially scrub in as Surgical Tech on cases as needed.
