Standard Qualifications: For a limited time, LewisGale is offering a $10,000 Sign on Bonus to RNs who 1 year of experience. Internal transfers are not eligible for this bonus. Additional Information about our Medical Progress Care Unit: 29-Bed Medical PCU Nurse to patient ratios based on acuity (very fast pace) Patient turnover ranges from 5 - 12 days Types of patients you may see are ventilated tracheostomy patients Stroke designated unit, where patients with neurologic problems are seen Part of LGMC Shared Governance councils A supportive environment focused on fostering educational opportunities and specialty certification Leaders on this unit have a passion for supporting nurses in reaching their professional goals, excellent practice, and collegial relationships
