The Director of Laboratory Services oversees a full service lab including micro, blood bank, histology, chemistry and hematology services. The director will have knowledge of laboratory state and federal regulations and ensure compliance of the department. Organizes and recognizes areas of opportunity in service and quality and initiates problem resolution.
