Standard Qualifications: Blake Medical Center is seeking a dynamic , results-oriented professional to join our leadership team as Cardiovascular Service Line Director. Blake Medical Center is a 383 bed, tertiary hospital that has been offering a wide range of healthcare services to the community for over 40 years. Our highly skilled team of professionals delivers lifesaving and life-improving services from advanced heart procedures like TAVR to high quality Orthopedic and Spine surgery. The Service Line Director facilitates the integration and teamwork of Cardiovascular services to ensure optimal care of patients. Ensures the development and implementation of the service line business plan, driving profitable service line growth, and improving operations in terms of quality and processes. Collaborately works with physicians to adopt and incorporate quality initiatives and increase physician/hospital alignment.
