As one of the only specialty hospitals in the country focusing solely on orthopedics, Texas Orthopedic Hospital is pleased to offer all services conveniently located within one building: - Diagnostic Imaging - Clinic Visits - In and Out-patient Surgery - Rehabilitation - Aquatic Therapy - Spinal Diagnostic and Treatment Center. Texas Orthopedic Hospital is currently looking for an Administrator On Site (AOS) (RN). Responsibilities: - The Administrator on Site is a Registered Nurse who assumes authority and responsibility for hospital operations in the absence of Administration with backup of a 24-hour Administrator on-call. - Applies knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span to identify patient and family requirements relative to age specific needs. - Demonstrates knowledge of hospital administration, nursing services, customer relations, and plant operations; serves to facilitate communication among all customers; initiates conflict resolution and refers issues as appropriate to the Director; maintains a high degree of visibility within the hospital and serves as a resource and a role model for the staff. Reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
