Position Summary : Under the supervision of Clinical Director, the Charge Nurse is responsible the supervision the of the nursing staff for the shift assigned including staff education and training competencies as well as annual competency review. The Charge Nurse will have the ability to delegate to others which will aid in the building of strong relationships and team work. They will be in direct communication with leadership and physicians. They will assist with projects as assigned. The Charge Nurse must exhibit the mission, vision and values of the hospital.
