Standard Qualifications:  Sarah Cannon, the Cancer Institute of HCA, offers integrated cancer services with convenient access to cutting-edge therapies for those facing cancer in communities across the United States and United Kingdom. Sarah Cannon's cancer programs include individualized patient navigation provided by oncology-trained nurses, more than 1,000 stem cell transplants performed annually throughout the Sarah Cannon Blood Cancer Network, hundreds of clinical trials, and molecular profiling capabilities. Through its services, Sarah Cannon is providing state-of-the-art cancer care close to home for hundreds of thousands of patients, a number unmatched by any single cancer center.  The AskSarah Oncology Concierge functions as a resource to connect askSarah patients, and HCA employees and their families to quality cancer care. They are an advocate and educator for patients and ensure appropriate cancer care coordination. They also work with Sarah Cannon cancer program network physician to coordinate care.  The Ask Sarah Oncology Concierge will serve as a liaison between the patieint and the facility navigator, primary care physician, care providers, and support network members. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Promotes research and clinical trial consideration by the patientPromotes and monitors regulatory agency standards and customer service expectations in the AskSarah Oncology Coordinator roleAppropriately collaborates with navigators across the HCA organization to coordinate patient cancer careEnsures quality care to executives and their families representing "best in class" careServes on appropriate oncology leadership committees Drives process improvement and ensures reporting is in place to demonstrate program outcomes and supports performance improvement activitiesStays current concerning oncology cancer careEnsures service continuity and develops appropriate processes to ensure quality careEstablishes appropriate mechanisms to ensure service continuity Assists the cancer programs team in key projects as requested Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement"Assists HCA CRM in connecting patients to resources as appropriateAll other duties as requested
