Standard Qualifications: Crisis Worker - Clinician (LCSW Required) (Part Time Days) - 24 hours/week 2 -12 hour shifts Position Information: This is not "billable vs non billable hours" you are an employee and get paid for all hours worked. Position Compensation: Hourly/Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime) Position Type: Part Time Work Schedule: Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Week 2: Monday and Saturday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Opportunity to pick up additional shifts is also available beyond the 2/week scheduled as above. The MSTAR Clinician is responsible for using telehealth technology to provide assessment and referral services to patients in Mountainstar Emergency Departments and medical floors in need of level of care recommendations. Offers crisis intervention, community resources, and coordinates and facilitates the development of a Discharge Safety Plan or inpatient placements as indicated for patients struggling with behavioral health concerns. Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Patient Care Team , who communicates and receives referrals from other patient care providers to help meet the needs of the patient and family for a safe discharge.
