POSITION SUMMARY: A Social Worker will have the responsibility for maintaining standards of professional and ethical practice in the provision of the full scope of social work intervention. The Social worker will have responsibility for providing continuity to the treatment planning process for designated patient populations. Follows policies and procedures of West Florida Hospital. Participates in the Quality Improvement process and adheres to WFH standards of behavior.
