Standard Qualifications: The Med/Surg Unit at LGHM is now offering a sign on bonus up to $10,000. 2-4 Years of RN Experience- $5K 5-9 Years of RN Experience- $7500 10+ Years of RN Experienice- $10K ***Sign on bonus does not apply to current HCA employees ***Must have 2+ years of RN experience to qualify LewisGale Hospital Montgomery (LGHM) delivers quality care to our patients located in the beautiful mountainous region of Southwest Virginia.
