Registered Nurse Wound Care PRN/ Per Diem Summary Under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator and the Program Director the wound care RN is responsible for providing direct patient care in conformity with the recognized nursing procedures. The wound care RN is to provide patient care under the orders of the wound care physician and will manage all nursing aspects of patient care in the clinic. This individual will support the philosophy of the hospital and the wound care center to provide superior patient xxxxxxxxxxx*pletes position responsibilities by following established guidelines and protocols within the appropriate time frame.Demonstrates good skills in all forms of communication. Works well with others in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.Maintains education appropriate for position.Works to provide excellent clinical practice guidelines and assists center in achieving healing outcome goals.
