Standard Qualifications: 1-3 years experience in an acute care hospital preferred POSITION SUMMARY : Demonstrates solid knowledge of the computer and associated software programs to include Microsoft Office. Individual demonstrates solid to expert multi-tasking skills prioritizing independently to enhance and maximize operational flow. Provides administrative secretarial support for Radiologists, Director of Radiology, Department Managers, nurses, supervisors, and staff. Positively reflects concern and consideration when interacting with patients, medical staff, physicians and other hospital personnel supporting the Mission, Vision and Values of Sky Ridge Medical Center and as outlined in Sky Ridge Medical Center's Standards of Behavior . Demonstrates independent critical thinking skills to assume accountability for personal contributions. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities : Solid communication skills (oral and written). Computer and typing skills 65 wpm. Experience: Medical Radiology terminology preferred. Solid communications skills required. Three years previous secretarial experience and/or supervising experience preferred.
