Standard Qualifications: Tulane Medical Center is a 327-bed major academic medical center located in New Orleans , Louisiana . The Tulane Medical Center has centers covering nearly all major specialties of medicine , and is the primary teaching hospital for the Tulane University School of Medicine The surgery manager is responsible for implementing hospital and/or service line goals within the area supervised. Accountable clinical, fiscal and service quality outcomes within the overall guidelines set by the Department Director. Provides direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to professional personnel of the inpatient units of the hospital. Supports the professional practice model, standards of nursing practice and the legal and industry standards related to the Service Line. #LI-MIDAMER
