We have a cohesive group of Radiologists who have all undergone extra fellowship training to become subspecialists in their chosen fields. This allows us to deliver to our patients the most thorough, precise analysis that medicine offers. Accurate, early diagnosis means higher treatment success rates. Cat Scan Technologist (CT Tech), PRN Position Summary: Performs radiology imaging and procedures. Operates radiology equipment and prepares the room with the necessary equipment, supplies for the procedure and any other duties assigned. Is able to provide care for his/her assigned patients. Maintains technical skills, IV competency and is responsible for the use of equipment to minimize hazards and maximize patient safety while maintaining A.L.A.R.A. standards and performs other duties as assigned. Secondary duties include clerical duties, receptionist, answering phones, scheduling patients, ordering supplies, stocking the department, maintaining files and general cleaning. Assist in collecting data for PI monitors and conducting QC on equipment. Adheres to the Rose Code at all times.
