Standard Qualifications: Part Time- 5:00pm-6:30 am Rotating Weekends Our 200 bed facility is located in Hermitage TN and was names as a Top Hospital in Quality by The Joint Commission. We are certified as a primary stroke Center and accredited Chest Pain Center and cancer program. Responsibilities: Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possesses ability to access data, interpret age-specific needs and provide care as described in the department's policies and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to perform specific competencies as listed on the Competency Validation Checklist. Meets mutually agreed upon performance goals/objectives established annually as listed on the Performance Management Plan. Displays courteous behavior and cooperative relationships with customers and co-workers. Utilizes Medical Technology skills and training to perform test of samples of blood, urine and other body fluids to obtain information utilized in diagnosis and evaluation of a patient's medical situations. Performs laboratory tests and procedures, which require the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility with supervision. Provides supervision of the Licensed Medical Technician . .
