RN Medical/Surgical: Under the general direction of the Department/Clinical Manager, the Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical (RN) independently provides holistic, individualized care using the nursing process for patients routinely seen on the unit. The Registered Nurse (RN) demonstrates clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care. The Registered Nurse (RN) independently performs general and unit-specific clinical skills. The Registered Nurse (RN) contributes to the Lone Peak Hospitals Department of Nursing and the nursing profession in a positive manner.
