Position Summary: At the direction of the Director of Radiology, the Assistant Director of Radiology oversees the technical staff in the designated sections of the imaging department. Oversee technical procedures and work flow to ensure safe and effective patient care. Act as a role model and facilitator working in collaboration with all levels of the imaging department's personnel, as well as referring physicians and hospital departments, in the spirit of the Rose medical Center's mission statement. This person shall assist with managing staffing, productivity, budget, employee engagement, patient and physician concerns, as well as clinical activities.
