Description
Standard Qualifications: This position supports the mission of The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza of optimizing quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. The Admission / Discharge RN demonstrates the ability to accurately assess patients for mental health needs. The Admission/Discharge RN will complete nursing admission assessments, initiate treatment planning, and discharge paperwork . He/she engages and educates patients and families regarding the treatment process and will communicate accurately and clearly with physicians, peers, patients and families.
