Standard Qualifications: Corpus Christi Medical Center An HCA affiliated hospital Risk Manager Corpus Chris Medical Centeris looking for a Risk Manager. Responsibilities: Facilitates development of the Hospital Risk Management Program and correlates with the facility's strategic plan.Conducts clinical risk assessments and analysis of complex organizational systems within the facility and facilitates development of corrective action plans.At least annually, coordinates the completion of at least one Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) on a high-risk process, selected at least in part by available current sentinel event literature, including The Joint Commission and ECRI literature.Conducts annual evaluation of the effectiveness of the Risk Management Program and develops/modifies goals as indicated.
