Standard Qualifications: Rose Medical Center Position Summary: Exemplifies professional nursing practice through expertise clinical practice, education, consultation, research, and management activities. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator provides clinical orientation, role modeling, continuing education, staffing/scheduling for the department, and professional development opportunities to nursing staff. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator provides consultation and education to students, nurses, and other health care providers. She/ he participates in design, implementation, and evaluation of new programs and systems; and fosters utilization and conduct of clinical research. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator provides patient care for the NEWBORN population.
