Standard Qualifications: Trident Health System in Charleston offers 24-hour emergency care at our Trident, Summerville and Moncks Corner Medical Centers and Centre Pointe Emergency locations. All of our ERs in South Carolina are equipped to handle medical emergencies, from concussions to chest pain. Thanks to our conveniently located hospitals and standalone ERs, the nearest emergency room to you is never far away. -The emergency care teams at Trident and Summerville Medical Center treat more than 145,000 patients each year. -The emergency care teams at Moncks Corner Medical Center and Centre Pointe Emergency care for more than 30,000 patients each year. -The specialists at Trident Medical Center's Level ll Trauma Center treat more than 1,400 patients a year. We are searching for a new Manager of Emergency Services, responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations for Trident's 26-bed (plus an additional 16 Fast Track beds) Emergency Department. This includes, but is not limited to, the management of: clinical nursing practice, staff recruitment, retention, labor relations, supply chain and budget, staffing, employee performance evaluation, quality improvement, staff education, medical records, internal and external regulatory and survey requirements.
