The adult inpatient Behavioral Health Unit is a 40-bed psychiatric treatment unit for persons ages 18-55 who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis and can benefit from short-term intensive treatment. The unit is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art psychiatric care so that you/your loved ones can experience top quality treatment and care. Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services, is responsible for the overall administration of the Adolescent Psych Program including planning, budgeting, quality management, team building, clinical services, and marketing. Essential functions include clinical supervisory duties, fiscal planning and management, personnel management, program development and planning, public relations/community outreach, compliance with internal/external standards including licensure, accrediting and regulatory agencies and other duties as assigned
