Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Communicates with physicians about changes in neonate's clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities Registered Nurse - NICU - PT/Nights
