Standard Qualifications: Position Summary : No nights; no on-call; no weekends; Stress Test and EKG monitoring experience Under the direction of physicians and Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor, the Registered Nurse performs nursing support functions for patients brought to the radiology department. Provides timely flow of patients in the Imaging department. Assists in the delivery of patient care under the direction of physicians to include EKGs, vital signs, prepares patients for nuclear medicine chemical and treadmill stress tests, IV skills, and chart note entry. In addition, must ensure all Emergency equipment (defib) is checked daily and weekly crash cart checks. Implementation of quarterly mock code training and competencies for all staff in the CVICs. REPORTS TO: Nuclear Medicine Manager
