Registered Nurse Surgery - Post-Surgical Unit PRN/ Per Diem Summary : 1.Provide patient and family education and discharge planning. 2.Recognize and respond to changes in a patient's condition. 3.Provide assessment and care of Medical/Surgical, 4.Provide safe medication administration for the Medical/Surgical, 5.Performs assessments within their Scope of Practice. 6.Collects and reports data. 7.Provide education and facilitates with discharge planning. 8.Ensure patient satisfaction.
