Standard Qualifications: The St. David's Emergency Center in Bastrop is a full-service freestanding emergency department that serves as an extension of St. David's South Austin Medical Center. Patients requiring inpatient care will be transported from the freestanding ED to St. David's South Austin Medical Center. The Center has 10 multipurpose exam rooms; a CT scanner; a diagnostic radiology machine; ultrasound, and its own stat lab for immediate, on-site results. Position Description: Provides health care services applying x-ray energy and computer processing techniques to assist in diagnostic or treatment. Performs computed tomography and related procedures to demonstrate sectional anatomic images for interpretation by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Exercises professional judgement in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient's conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. **Free Standing ED**
