Standard Qualifications: Under the direction of the Director of Quality Management, provides education and training to all employees. Works with department directors and staff on educational training and verification of skill level as directed. Serves as a resource to staff and management. Portrays and promotes a positive attitude among employees. Supports the mission and values statement of the hospital. Serves as a role model for clinical excellence.
