Standard Qualifications: Menorah Medical Center located in overland Park, Kansas, is a 175-bed, acute care hospital. MMC has a comprehensive medical staff with more than 600 physicians who offer exceptional experiences and extraordinary medicine for adults, newborns, children and teens. The role of the Nurse Manager is to supervise the staff in the 25-bed rehab/surgical specialty and observation units. This supervision includes but is not limited to clinical skills, disciplinary counseling, evaluations, Kronos, scheduling, Productivity, and Budget.
