Standard Qualifications: Registered Nurse - RN - Cath Lab Short Stay PRN Why work for HCA? Position Summary Busy pre-post Cath Lab unit whose team members exhibit exceptional teamwork in caring for our patients. Also assist the Physician with bedside TEE's, cardioversions and dobutamine stress echocardiograms on the unit and the ICU's. Essential Skills to this position Strong cardiac experience, with the skills and confidence to care for patients on multiple cardiac drips awaiting an ICU bed is a must. Ventilator and balloon pump experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and teamwork required. Education ADN required BSN preferred License/Certifications TX RN License or compact license is accepted BLS required ACLS required Experience Minimum 1 years progressive nursing experience with cardiac functions. Previous cath lab preferred
