The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the growth of the employed physician practices in HCA's Continental Division, including the HealthONE system in Denver. This person will assist in the execution of marketing initiatives from managing the practice's online profiles and websites to leading community relations activities and traditional marketing tactics as assigned. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Assist in the execution of strategic marketing plans for the Continental Division's employed practices Support marketing efforts for the Continental Division's hospitals and PSG practices, on an as needed basis Monitor online profiles and social media sites on a daily basis, ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for growth and enhancement Identify opportunities to activate online influencers and work with the team on execution Develop social media content based on digital strategy and work with the team on posting and monitoring Track results and provide regular progress reporting to leadership Keep pace with social marketing trends and tools Monitor practice websites and lead efforts to update for search engine optimization Organize and execute video shoots, including coordinating schedules with providers and managers, attending video shoots, working with the videographer on editing, overseeing optimization and execution of finished product Assist with creation and execution of traditional marketing activities, including direct mail, print advertising, collateral development and media relations Involvement in community relations activities, including events and physician seminars Perform other duties as required.
