Requirements include: Bachelor's in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (C.S.W.E.) accredited college or university social work program Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida Minimum of 5 years' experience in a management capacity in a health care facility or program working specifically in the areas of case management, social work, utilization management and/or quality management Must be willing to commit to and comply with established quality and service standards of the hospital and the department Master's in Nursing or other health care related field preferred Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and team building skills.
