This position will play a key part in continuing our success! The Memory Care Program is a 24-bed inpatient program that houses both voluntary and involuntary adult patients. The program focuses on the provision of the following essential services: Interdisciplinary Patient Assessment and Treatment PlanningPsychiatric and Medical ManagementNutritional counselingCaregiver Assessment and CounselingCrisis StabilizationCare and Management of Activities of Daily LivingPatient and Caregiver EducationCommunity Resource ReferralDischarge PlanningLiaison Services with Placement Facilities Centennial Medical Center is currently looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Memory Care Program. Responsibilities: Demonstrates clinical knowledge of psychiatric nursing and maintains highest quality of comprehensive patient care. Displays effective communication skills and maintains therapeutic relationships with patients, families, physicians and staff. Demonstrates ability to perform technical skills and procedures.Documents all patient care.Participate in Performance Improvement activities. 66C 46PX
