Standard Qualifications: Memorial Hospital (an HCA facility) is located less than 20 miles from the beaches of Jacksonville. We are the premiere medical facility in the Jacksonville area featuring a Certified Chest Pain Center, Certified Stroke Center as well as a dedicated Heart Center. Memorial Hospital is also a U.S. News and World Report Best Hospital. We are looking for an experienced RN for a full-time, day shift (7a-7p) position on our 3 North Med/Surg/Telemetry, Department of Corrections (DOC) unit, to be responsible for delivering quality patient care for their assigned patients and department. This is an excellent opportunity in a safe, secure, fast-paced environment to practice the full breadth of fairly high acuity, Med/Surg clinical medicine. The quality of care given will be determined by keeping within the philosophy, mission, and values of both the hospital and the Department of Nursing and along with our team, the new Nurse will work to maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the health care needs of patients, their families, and the community.
