Standard Qualifications: Memorial Hospital is a 418-bed, state-of-the-art, Level II acute care hospital offering a full line of services including an accredited chest pain center, certified stroke center, dedicated heart center and state-of-the-art Spine Clinic. Memorial's Heart Center performs traditional open heart surgeries along with cutting edge minimally invasive heart surgeries using the daVinci Robot. We are search for an RN for a full-time, day shift (7a-7p) position on our state-of-the-art, 2 North Med/Surg/Telemetry, Progressive Care unit. The Registered Nurse is responsible to the Nursing Director/Charge Nurse for the delivery of quality patient care utilizing the nursing process. The quality of care given will be in keeping with the philosophy and objectives of the hospital and the department of Nursing. He/she will maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the health care needs of patients, their families and the community. The Registered Nurse prescribes, delegates and coordinates all nursing care provided to assigned patients and is responsible for meeting all standards associated with performance, nursing practice and nursing care.
