Standard Qualifications: Parallon PreRegistration and Insurance Verification Manager You will be responsible for: Assists in interviewing, selecting and training department employees Supervises PreRegistration and Insurance Verification staff Performs daily QA Tracks, trends, and reports performance by employee/department Meets weekly with Director to review department operations and productivity measures Conducts monthly staff meetings Performs 90 day and annual employee evaluations Must have a minimum of 3 years management experience Patient Access and/or Insurance Verification experience is required High School Diploma or GED is required, an Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred We are located at the Boulders office Park.
