The National Contact Center Management (NCCM) group serves our patients by interacting with them via telephone and other media in order to assist them with their healthcare journeys. NCCM uses a variety of tools that act in tandem with each other and on behalf of our patients and provides services such as provider referrals, connection with healthcare services, and clinical advice. The manager will provide oversight, day-to-day management of NCCM operational data, develop standard operating procedures for data maintenance, identify gaps/issues in operational data and recommend opportunities for data cleansing, and evaluate NCCM systems for opportunities to improve data quality. The manager will also document, operationalize, and implement quality processes to enforce CRM data governance standards and objectives. The manager will also assist the Director of CRM Technology Solutions in: 1) establishing project plans and executing operational tasks necessary for successful technology deployments and, 2) triaging data-centric requests that require technical work or tasks execution by the NCCM enterprise data management team. The manager will manage and direct the day-to-day work of the NCCM enterprise data management team. Key Responsibilities: Provides input to various support teams during key software lifecycle phases Collaborates with IT&S resources, as directed by the Director of CRM Technology Solutions, to plan, execute, and track data tasks associated with NCCM technology development and deployments Establishes relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish: standard operating procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and communication lines for SLA adherence measures Reports adherence (internally) to SLAs on a weekly basis Works directly with CRM Operations Analyst to identify system enhancements that will result in improved data quality Participates and provide input to master data management governance and design concepts Triages, tracks, and manages the data managed by the NCCM enterprise data management team; directly supervise the Supervisor, Enterprise Data Management and staff Serves as first-level support for NCCM operational data management & reporting requests Develops, updates, and continually maintains standard operating procedures and quality-related documentation Practices and adheres to "Code of Conduct"
