Standard Qualifications: JOB SUMMARY For selected systems within the Financial Systems Development Department, the primary responsibility of this position is to provide operational support and coordination of activities necessary to support the business function of each system. The position will be responsible for the coordination of cross-functional teams on strategic programs, projects, and activities between these business units and the related application support teams. As needed, this role will coordinate with other technical teams providing integration support for these financial applications to ensure business needs of the systems are met. This role will also aid in determining the future technology direction of systems as led by the needs defined by these business units. This role will lead in managing the relationship with these internal business units and application owners. This role requires strong understanding of team management and customer relationships. The individual in this role will be the go-to point of contact for business owners of the various systems including IT&S F&A leadership, Corporate Accounting and Corporate Tax. The individual will also be responsible to IT&S leadership at corporate for status reporting, updates on key issues, and driving successful deployment of technology. This person, in addition to day-to-day operations with staff, will work directly with Senior leadership through-out HCA. This includes, but not limited to: • COO's, CIO's, CFO's • VP's • AVP's • Director's Key requirements of this job include: • Understanding of core accounting processes • Understanding of core IT disciplines • Strong communication, analytical and organization skills • Relationship management skills • Requirements analysis • Business Process analysis GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee enhancement projects and new implementations of managed systems. • Provide leadership and coaching to team members supervised to ensure skillsets are and stay relevant to the systems managed. • Assist business owners, team members, and other HCA/IT staff as needed, to define and execute the roadmap for each system. This includes assisting with and ensuring completeness of requirements, design, development, testing and delivery phases of change requests, enhancement initiatives and delivery of any updates from vendors. • Work with business owners and other IT teams to evaluate and update technology platforms as needed. • Manage relationships with business owners and support team. • Manage relationships with vendors. • Assist business owners and other stakeholders in prioritizing enhancements/changes, understanding risks and resource requirements.
